Pride Month Readers Realm Book Club Selections

Last Friday, Readers Realm Book Club members had our timely discussion about Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Sàenz.  Some of our members have stated this is now in their top three all time favorite books.
Aristotle is a smart, shy, lonely teenager who can't swim. He meets friendly, talented, confident Dante when he offers to teach him how to swim one summer day at the pool.  They strike up a tight friendship that allows both of them to explore their families, their universe and themselves.

Readers Realm Book Club 2020

Readers Realm book club, I can not express to you in words how much I miss seeing you.  Even though we were able to meet in our Google Classroom it was...different, like the rest of the world we had to figure out a new way to exist and we did. I have a greater appreciation for our in person discussions, celebrations, trips and don't forget the snacks.  To our Graduates we are so happy and proud of you. Have a great summer book club...until we meet again!
